ReplyDelete@Anonymous, As per the YTDA Master plan 115 Survey number already land acquisition completed.. it is now Endowment land.

ReplyDelete@Unknown, a part of it showed in Draft Master plan as conservative zone and Endowment land. but not seen the updated version. presently it is blocked as Prohibited land in Dharani, in result nobody can transact the whole survey number untill it clear for info

@Unknown, Yes, it is Showing as Prohibited Properties in Dharani website, Some land is Govt land, ceiling land, and Temple land. there are some Court Stays also there as per Dharani Status.

ReplyDelete@Anonymous, There is a proposal of Land acquisition in survey no 146, which is marked in YTDA Masterplan. other then that there is a court case, Govt land and Endowment land showing in Dharani Website and blocked as prohibited property to stop further registrations on that land. for your information upon your request. for further clarifications please take official confirmation from Govt Authorities.
